Yuen Chee Wai is a Singapore-based musician, artist & designer whose work explores relationships between sound, image & word. Chee Wai, together with Otomo Yoshihide, Ryu Hankil & Yan Jun, formed the improv quartet FEN (Far East Network). He is co-curator of the Asian Meeting Festival in Japan and is also a key member of avant rock band The Observatory, which he plays guitar and electronics.
